Nix's 62-yard TD scramble at 19.90 mph marks longest QB scramble TD since 2016.

Bo Nix has been limited as a rusher in 2026 after a fractured ankle cut his postseason short last year, totaling just 37 rushing yards in his first six games with double-digit rushing yards in only two contests. However, in Week 7 against Arizona, Nix demonstrated his rushing upside with a 62-yard touchdown scramble, reaching 19.90 mph—the longest touchdown on a quarterback scramble in the Next Gen Stats era (since 2016). The run showcased Nix's ability to escape pressure and create plays outside the pocket, a dimension the Broncos' struggling offense has lacked all season.
