Kubiak won't rule out benching Cousins for rookie Mendoza after four-game skid.

Raiders head coach Klint Kubiak declined to rule out benching Cousins for rookie Fernando Mendoza following the team's fourth consecutive loss; when asked if the team could start Mendoza, Kubiak replied, 'At this point we're thinking about everything.' Cousins acknowledged the possibility, stating 'if I'm not the best option, then I don't want to be out there either,' signaling job security pressure despite his willingness to step aside.
