Negative signalRole

Cooks' 34 routes didn't translate to fantasy relevance in Evans/Samuel absence.

Wide receiver paced the 49ers wideouts with 34 routes but is not a reliable fantasy option when Mike Evans and Deebo Samuel are healthy or out. He's part of a group of ancillary receivers who failed to take advantage of the opportunity when Evans and Samuel missed Week 7.
