Cooper has 4 TDs on 15 targets; potential value with Smith/Wicks out.

Darius Cooper has four touchdowns on just 15 targets for the Eagles, an exceptional touchdown rate that makes him a potential value play. With DeVonta Smith and Dontayvion Wicks unavailable, Cooper could see increased opportunity against a Dallas secondary that teams have been shredding.
