Yahoo Sports NFL on Kirk Cousins

Kubiak confirms Cousins remains Raiders starter despite losing streak.

Raiders coach Klint Kubiak confirmed Monday that Cousins will remain the starting quarterback despite Sunday speculation about a potential change. Kubiak stated 'There is no controversy here' and said Cousins is playing well; the team needs to run the ball better to help the offense. With the 3-4 Raiders still in playoff contention, winning is the priority and Cousins will continue as starter.
