If the run game is working, coach Brian Schottenheimer needs to keep the ball on the ground. If the run game is not working, the offense still needs to remain balanced. They cannot once again afford for Dak Prescott to throw the ball over 50 times this week.

Prescott must avoid 50+ pass attempts; Cowboys need balanced run game vs. Eagles' weak run defense.

Coach Brian Schottenheimer must avoid repeating the mistake from last week against Green Bay, where the play-caller abandoned the run game too early, forcing Dak Prescott to throw the ball over 50 times. The Eagles rank 28th in run defense with a 44.2% rush success rating allowed, making this an ideal week to establish balance and keep Prescott from excessive passing attempts.
