Bell tore his ACL late last year, so it's a feat that he's even playing at all. He has run a route on over 73% of the Dolphins' dropbacks the last four games, though his rate dipped to 64% last week after Caleb Douglas returned. Matt Harmon is expecting Bell to just get some development this year and come out as his best self in 2027 when he's a full year removed from his surgery.
