Pats Pulpit on Malik Willis

Willis earned FedEx Player of Week nomination after 28-25 Jets win; complicates Patriots' Week 8 defense.

Malik Willis is the Dolphins' new quarterback in 2026, replacing their previous starter. He was nominated for the FedEx Air & Ground Player of the Week award following Miami's 28-25 victory over the Jets, delivering both a win and making New England's defensive assignment in Week 8 more interesting. The Dolphins sit at 1-5 but should not be overlooked as an opponent.
