From the article

Burrow deserves it for his second half performance against the Ravens. Five straight touchdown possessions that were largely moved through the air is nothing to sneeze at in this league. He now only sits behind Josh Allen and Caleb Williams, but it is hard to see him dropping out of Tier 1 anytime soon.

Burrow's five-TD second half earns Player of the Week; ranks third in Week 8 QB tiers

Earned Player of the Week honors for dominant second-half performance against Baltimore; executed five straight touchdown possessions largely through the air with perfectly placed passes. This signature week elevated him to Tier 1 QB rankings, sitting only behind Josh Allen and Caleb Williams in Week 8 rankings; despite some untimely turnovers throughout the season, he has played spectacularly overall and is unlikely to drop out of Tier 1 soon.
