Arrowhead Pride on Josh Downs

Downs requests trade after 26 catches, 307 yards, 0 TDs in seven games with Colts.

Colts WR Josh Downs has requested a trade and is in the final year of his rookie deal; multiple teams have reportedly expressed interest. Through seven games, Downs has caught 26 passes for a team-high 307 yards but zero touchdowns. With the Colts rebuilding and Alec Pierce sidelined by ankle injury, Downs has been shouldering significant passing game load alongside Keenan Allen and Tyler Warren, but his trade request signals dissatisfaction with the organization's direction.
