Cousins performing well but losing job to Mendoza; Raiders' offense in flux.

Kirk Cousins has been performing well for the Raiders' fantasy purposes, but the team has lost four straight games. His tenure as the starting quarterback is expected to end soon as Fernando Mendoza (No. 1 overall pick) takes over, which will create growing pains for the offense and negatively impact receiver production like Tre Tucker's.
