Judkins lost passing-down work to Sampson; TD-dependent against stingy Steelers.

Judkins surged to a season-high 23.4 points in Week 7, but he lost a large chunk of the passing-down work to Dylan Sampson. Judkins registered his lowest route (24%) and target shares (3%) of the season. The Browns are 3.5-point underdogs with the lowest team total (17.6), and the Steelers are the second-hardest matchup for RB rushing (-3.6 PPG). Judkins is a rushing TD-dependent RB facing the second-stingiest rushing TD defense (-0.4 TDs per game). Judkins should be in lineups in larger formats, but is benchable in small leagues as a borderline RB2.
