Las Vegas Raiders running back Ashton Jeanty called out some defenders on the New York Jets defense ahead of Week 8: "I think we can definitely get the run game going, get back on track, and just really get after these guys. Couple of guys out there that don't really want to tackle, but I'm not going to say names," Jeanty said via ESPN's Rich Cimini.

Jeanty's Jets callout lacks credibility given his 3.1 YPC and Raiders' 31st-ranked rushing.

Jeanty called out Jets defenders ahead of Week 8, claiming "couple of guys out there that don't really want to tackle," but the source questions his credibility given his 3.1 yards per carry (49th in NFL) and the Raiders' 31st-ranked rushing attack; Jets rank 24th in rushing yards allowed per game (127.7), so while the matchup offers opportunity, Jeanty's track record undermines the boldness of his pregame statement.
