Starting the season on injured reserve (IR) as a rookie usually sets you back, since most first-year players need time to ramp up and get accustomed to the NFL game. That wasn't the case for Cooper, who returned from IR in Week 6 and immediately posted back-to-back games with more than 100 receiving yards and a touchdown.

Cooper back-to-back 100+ yard games; high-end WR3 in fifth-sixth round.

Omar Cooper Jr. returned from injured reserve in Week 6 after suffering a high-ankle sprain in Week 1 and immediately posted back-to-back games with more than 100 receiving yards and a touchdown. Though not earning targets at an elite rate yet, his downfield role makes him a big play waiting to happen. Jim Moorman considers Cooper a high-end WR3 in fantasy and would target him in the fifth or sixth round if drafting today; Cooper is now a must-start asset.
