Yahoo Sports NFL on Jacoby Brissett

Brissett faces Cowboys' 9th-worst pass defense with coverage busts.

Brissett is functional enough to accumulate garbage-time stats against leaky defenses. He's been QB5 against the 49ers and QB7 against the Lions this season. This week's matchup against the Cowboys is favorable; Dallas has allowed 20.3 fantasy points per game to QBs (ninth) with numerous coverage busts from an inexperienced defense featuring rookies and a first-time play caller. Jordan Love (QB5) and C.J. Stroud (QB4) lit it up through the air, and Jalon Daniels pulled off the upset in Week 5 against them. Arizona heads on the road as 6.5-point road underdogs with an implied total of 24 points (12th).
