There isn't a TE with more variance than Kincaid for a million reasons. When smoothing things out, Kincaid is the TE11 on TE17 usage this season, which is eerily similar to where he finished in 2025. Ironically, he's been better in games with D.J. Moore, though that's small sample noise than anything else. He is capable of lucking into touchdowns or creating an explosive in 1-on-1, but he is also only averaging 4.8 targets per game. Kincaid is a boom-bust TE1/2 in normal games.
