Yahoo Sports NFL on Travis Kelce

Kelce enforced unwritten warmup protocol by moving Tucker's equipment.

Travis Kelce was involved in the January 2024 pregame incident with Justin Tucker, where Tucker had set up his kicking materials in the Chiefs' designated warmup area. According to the source, Kelce threw Tucker's helmet and kicking balls to the side in response, citing an 'unwritten rule' violation. The incident occurred as Mahomes was progressing through his throwing warmup routine and needed the space.
