Mahomes and Chiefs are the only obstacle to Bills' AFC top seed.

Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs hold the AFC's No. 1 seed tiebreaker over the Buffalo Bills (both 5-1, but Kansas City's lone loss came against an NFC team while Buffalo's came against an AFC opponent). Buffalo is just a Mahomes interception away from taking over the top seed, and the source explicitly roots for Denver to beat Kansas City in Week 8 to help Buffalo's playoff positioning.
