Positive signalMatchup

Cooper's back-to-back 20-point games and favorable Raiders matchup justify another flex start despite low volume.

Cooper has posted two straight 20-point games as a rookie, making him difficult to bench despite low volume. Last week he had only five targets but capitalized in a great matchup. Against the Raiders, while passing volume has been low, the Jets' pass defense ranks 27th in EPA per play. The game is projected as a toss-up, giving the Jets a good shot at high passing volume. Cooper's ability to produce on limited targets in favorable matchups makes him a viable double-flex option.
