Weekly RB2 starter; primary back despite Dowdle eating into workload.

Steelers RB with 27 combined rush attempts (with Rico Dowdle) and 10 targets out of the backfield in Week 8. The source recommends Warren as a weekly RB2 starter despite limited red zone opportunities, expecting Warren to remain the primary back even as Dowdle eats into workload.
