Pride Of Detroit on Justin Jefferson

Jefferson's career-high wide alignment and career-low motion create predictable coverage for Lions.

Jefferson is lining up in a wide alignment at 84.7%, the highest rate of his career, while being put in presnap motion at just 8.4% overall and 2.2% at the snap, both career lows. This predictable alignment helps the Lions defense run help coverage toward Jefferson without complication. The Lions expect to defend him as a collective unit effort using unique double teams, bracket coverages, and deep shell safety help to prevent explosives on critical down-and-distances.
