Burden is top weapon on rookie deal; part of Bears' championship window.

Luther Burden is one of Caleb Williams' top weapons and is on a rookie deal with a similar timeline to Williams. This positions the Bears to maximize their championship window while both are on cost-controlled contracts, making the Jeffery Simmons trade investment more justified.
