Yahoo Sports NFL on Dallas Goedert

Goedert's elite matchup vs. Commanders' weak TE defense supports Week 8 start.

Dallas Goedert gets an excellent matchup against the Commanders in Week 8, who have allowed the second-most touchdowns, fifth-most yards, and second-most fantasy points to tight ends on the season. In Week 1 against Washington, Goedert caught 4-of-5 targets for 77 yards and two touchdowns with Jalen Hurts. Over the last three games with Tanner McKee, Goedert has 17 receptions, and while those haven't led to significant fantasy scoring, this week presents a strong opportunity to find the end zone.
