Just lingering stuff from what's happened to me the last couple weeks here. And what happened in that LA game just kind of got nicked up and then I took enough drugs to sedate a small elephant when I was in LA.

Spencer Brown played Week 6 with severe back injury requiring heavy medication.

Bills right tackle suffered a back injury in Week 5 against the Rams that lingered into Week 6 against the Raiders. Brown required heavy medication to play, describing it as "enough drugs to sedate a small elephant" when treated in LA. The injury affected him enough that he needed significant pharmaceutical intervention, though he played through it and said the bye week "kind of bit me in the butt a little bit," suggesting the injury had residual effects even after rest.
