Yahoo Fantasy Football on Mark Andrews
From the article
We're nearly at the midway point in the season, and for some reason, Mark Andrews is still rostered in 61 percent of sleeper leagues despite finishing as the TE20 or worse in five of his seven games this season. Andrews' one top-10 fantasy week came in Week 4 when he caught five passes for 27 yards and a touchdown, but the veteran tight end is purely a touchdown-dependent option at this stage in his career.
STACKED’s take
Andrews' TE20-or-worse record in 5 of 7 games makes him overrostered at 61% despite TE24 scoring.
Andrews is still rostered in 61 percent of Sleeper leagues despite finishing as TE20 or worse in five of his seven games this season. His one top-10 fantasy week came in Week 4 (5 catches, 27 yards, 1 TD), but he is purely a touchdown-dependent option at this stage. Andrews has not topped 30-plus yards since Week 2 and is currently TE24 in fantasy points per game (7.5 PPR), nearly on par with the 7.7 PPG he totaled last season when he finished as TE25. Tighter ends currently scoring higher than Andrews while being rostered in lower percentages include Juwan Johnson, Michael Mayer, and Dalton Schultz, who are all stronger options despite their volatility.
