Nix crushed as a fantasy option last week on the back of a 62-yard rushing touchdown. Without the score, he looks like the same old Nix. The Broncos had him push the ball downfield more often versus the Cardinals, but Nix couldn't get anything going and completed just 1-of-8 deep passes. He has been a below-average passer at every depth of the field this year by both yards per attempt and completion rate, with the exception of throws behind the line of scrimmage. Now he gets a Chiefs team that has smothered quarterback production, allowing the third-fewest fantasy points per game to opposing passers.

Nix is a fade against the Chiefs after a TD-dependent performance last week.

Nix's fantasy appeal last week was entirely dependent on a 62-yard rushing touchdown; without it, he looks like the same below-average passer. He completed just 1-of-8 deep passes against Arizona and has been below-average at every depth except behind the line of scrimmage. Facing a Chiefs team that has allowed the third-fewest fantasy points per game to opposing passers, Nix is a fade.
