Charbonnet expected to return Week 8, should ease pressure on Darnold.

Charbonnet is expected to return to the field against the Bears in Week 8 after missing the entire 2026 season recovering from a surgically repaired ACL. His return is anticipated to help alleviate pressure on Darnold by strengthening the run game, which has struggled significantly without him and Kenneth Walker, thereby reducing Darnold's need to make plays downfield and allowing the Seahawks defense to take over.
