Let's be real - the Jets have no answer for Bowers. Few teams do. I'm sure the safeties Dane Belton and Minkah Fitzpatrick will try to cover him at times, and the linebackers Demario Davis and Jamien Sherwood will take a shot at other times. But the safeties are too small, and the linebackers are too slow. Bowers will get plenty of production against the Jets.

Bowers will produce heavily against Jets; safeties too small, linebackers too slow.

Brock Bowers presents significant matchup problems for the Jets defense in Week 8; the Jets have no answer for Bowers, and while safeties Dane Belton and Minkah Fitzpatrick will attempt coverage at times alongside linebackers Demario Davis and Jamien Sherwood, the safeties are too small and linebackers too slow to effectively contain him. MacGregor Wells projects that Bowers will get plenty of production against the Jets, with the Jets' defensive strategy likely focused on limiting other Raiders weapons rather than stopping Bowers.
