Moore's elite speed and WR2 upside justify acquisition despite draft pedigree disappointment.

The source views Moore as a trade candidate with upside despite not living up to his Round 2 pedigree (#34 overall, 2021 Jets). After bouncing through four teams (Browns, Bills, Broncos, Eagles), Moore is only a couple years past being a solid WR2 at age 26 with plenty of tread left. At 5'10" 180 lbs with arms just over 30", he's not a physical specimen but shows good upper-body strength (17 bench reps). Elite speed (4.35 forty) and very good burst (1.57 ten-yard split), agility/change of direction (6.67 three-cone), and flexibility/burst/balance (4.00 shuttle). Plus leg strength/explosiveness (36" vertical, 10'1" broad jump). Moore is best suited for wide receiver work, though he has ample college return work on both punts and kickoffs and did kick coverage early in his Jets tenure. With the Eagles fluttering downward, Moore could be available for a late 2028 draft pick or potentially a straight one-for-one deal reuniting Philadelphia with center Dylan McMahon, whom the Rams poached off their practice squad in 2024.
