Allen is one of the league's better handcuffs with predictable workload upside.

Allen is one of the better handcuffs in the league. If Breece Hall remains sidelined, Allen can step up and see a pretty good workload, making him valuable in ambiguous backfield situations. JJ uses Allen as an example of why zero-RB strategies can work—backup running backs are more predictable when injuries occur compared to wide receiver injuries.
