Yahoo Sports NFL on Bo Nix

Nix's 41% completion rate vs. man coverage is lowest since 2018; Chiefs can exploit downfield weakness.

Bo Nix has averaged just 5.8 yards per completion (29th in NFL) and is completing only 41% of passes against man coverage, the lowest number NGS has on record dating back to 2018. The source notes his inability to hit downfield passes has stalled the Broncos' offense, which ranks 30th in yards per game at 270. Against Kansas City's defense, if the Chiefs can limit what Nix does downfield and contain him in the pocket, the defense could have a big day.
