Rodgers' scheme favors static receivers; limits motion-dependent pass-catchers.

Rodgers' offensive philosophy emphasizes receivers who can line up and win without motion, slot movement, or pre-snap adjustments. This preference creates a structural challenge for receivers like Metcalf who require versatility and movement to generate separation.
