Big Blue View on Jonathan Taylor

Giants pursuing star RB Taylor; fans skeptical despite Harbaugh's bellcow preference.

Star running back being pursued by Giants on the trade market as part of their aggressive approach to the 2026 trade deadline. The Giants hope that acquiring Taylor (or a player like him) would have a similar impact on their offense as Christian McCaffrey and Kenneth Walker III have had on the San Francisco 49ers and Kansas City Chiefs, respectively. However, fewer than 1 in 10 Giants fans support trading for a running back, running counter to John Harbaugh's desire to add a star bellcow to his backfield.
