Miller elevated from practice squad as emergency WR due to Patriots' injury crisis at receiver.
Miller was elevated from the practice squad for Week 8 due to injuries to Romeo Doubs, Mack Hollins, and A.J. Brown, leaving the Patriots with only three healthy wideouts. Wide receiver coach Todd Downing praised Miller as 'a great addition' who has 'brought some wisdom' and more experience than other available receivers; Miller is an undrafted free agent signed in 2023 who was waived by Miami in mid-October after catching three passes for 92 yards and a touchdown in five games.
