Jackson has been ruled out, the Ravens announced. Jackson, 29, faked a handoff to Derrick Henry and dropped back to pass on the Ravens' first offensive snap of the game. Henry could not stop an oncoming blitzer from hitting Jackson's right hand as he followed through on a throw to Zay Flowers that fell far short. The ninth-year quarterback immediately jogged off the field and into the locker room holding his hand.
