Klare elevated to active roster; positioned for increased snaps with Parkinson out.

Max Klare, the Rams' #5 tight end, will be in uniform for Week 8 and is positioned to be called upon in case of another injury to the tight end room; with Colby Parkinson sidelined, Klare and remaining tight ends will absorb additional snaps and help fill the void in both passing game and run-blocking assignments.
