Love aggravated ankle injury; Cardinals may shelve him, opening Allgeier role.

The source reports that Love exited Week 8 against the Cowboys after aggravating his ankle injury. The source notes that early in the game Love was getting most of the work but wasn't very effective and failed to convert at the goal line.
