Positive signalRole

Gainwell gets 25 carries in run-heavy Bucs offense; roster-worthy in matchup leagues.

Gainwell romped over the Falcons with 25 carries and 140 yards as the Buccaneers developed a smashmouth running identity behind a good offensive line. While he probably won't continue to get 10 carries per game, his situation mirrors Kyle Monangai's in that he will factor heavily into fantasy discussions when the Buccaneers can run. The Falcons were 13th in run defense DVOA entering Sunday, making Gainwell a matchup-dependent play who belongs on rosters despite the upcoming Bears matchup.
