ArticleWeek 8 Stock Up, Stock Down: The rearranging of the running back deck chairs
From the article
Your team has made it clear that they simply don't trust you to throw the ball. But if we're saying that the Buccaneers are a team with a run-first identity now, the quarterback on said team is going to lose a little value.

Mayfield's value drops as Bucs shift to run-first identity; break ties against him.
Mayfield's value has declined as the Buccaneers have made it clear they don't trust him to throw the ball, developing a run-first identity. While the thumb injury and absence of Emeka Egubka have pushed the Buccaneers toward running, the team's new smashmouth approach means the quarterback on said team will lose value. Mayfield won't be completely unplayable in superflex leagues during byes, but it's reasonable to break all ties in the tier against him until the Buccaneers' offense actually throws the ball well again.
