Kenneth Walker III's target share diminished as Emmett Johnson emerged in Week 8.

The source notes that while the environment was conducive to more running back targets against Denver's defense, Kenneth Walker III did not do most of the damage; instead, rookie Emmett Johnson became the engine of the Chiefs offense. This suggests Walker's usage may have been limited or that Johnson's emergence could impact his target share going forward.
