Allgeier gets lead-back role after Love and Knight injuries; startable in desperation.

Allgeier gained significant opportunity after Jeremiah Love aggravated his ankle and Bam Knight suffered a concussion; with James Conner on injured reserve and Evan Hull unlikely to compete, Allgeier faced zero real competition in the second half for the first time in his career. Despite a matchup against the Seahawks next week, he should gather approximately 70 percent of snaps and qualifies as startable in a running back-desperate league, though not an ideal RB2 profile.
