Yahoo Sports NFL on Lamar Jackson

Jackson is the linchpin of Ravens' Super Bowl hopes; team hasn't won a playoff game without him since 2014.

Head coach Jesse Minter initially stated the Ravens shouldn't be overly reliant on Jackson, but the source notes Jackson is 'far more than a crutch – more like the linchpin of this franchise's Super Bowl hopes.' The team's inability to win without him underscores his irreplaceable role; the Ravens' last playoff win without Jackson was at the end of the 2014 season, nearly three years before he was drafted.
