Yahoo Sports NFL on Patrick Mahomes

Mahomes' comeback bid denied in Chiefs' loss to Broncos.

Mahomes was denied a comeback bid in Kansas City's 28-24 loss to Denver; the source notes that managing to capture the Chiefs' late magic in erasing an 11-point fourth-quarter deficit while denying Mahomes his own comeback bid is legitimate cause for confidence in Denver's direction.
