The Saints haven't been able to run the ball, rushing for 55 or fewer yards in three of their last four games, with the running game ranking 30th in defense-adjusted value over average (DVOA). When last seen before the Saints' Week 8 bye, Miller had eight carries for six yards against the Steelers. Travis Etienne Jr. is eligible to come off IR this week with a hamstring injury, and if he returns, Miller should not be claimed. If Etienne isn't ready, Miller would be an option for the truly RB-needy, though his matchup against the Browns is no better than neutral. Miller has had 38 carries over his last three games.
