Yahoo Sports NFL on Drake Maye

Maye led second-half comeback with two TDs; elite when clicking.

Drake Maye played poorly in the first half but excelled in the second half against Miami, delivering a beautiful deep touchdown to Kyle Williams and a good throw off a fake pitch to DeMario Douglas for another score. He also scored a touchdown on a slick move at the goal line. The source notes that when Maye is feeling it, he's one of the best quarterbacks in the league, and despite having no receivers, his favorite target going out early, and the team playing poorly, he led the Patriots to victory in the second half. The source concludes that when playing at this level, the Patriots can win any game anywhere under any circumstance.
