Jay Helms, wide receiver between Amari Cooper and Keenan Allen, we're going to go Amari Cooper... no contender's going to buy him. You're better off just holding and hoping that things change going into 2027 for this offense.

Start over Keenan Allen this week; hold for 2027 offensive improvement.

Amari Cooper is selected as the wide receiver start over Keenan Allen in this week's lineup. However, Charbonnet notes that no contender will buy Cooper in trades; rebuilders are better off holding and hoping that things change going into 2027 for the offense. Cooper is also acquired in a trade for Zay Flowers and London, but does not solve the receiver room weakness created by trading away Flowers.
