Jonathan Taylor, I'm going to be ranking very, very low, as you can tell, for a multitude of reasons... the Jacksonville Jaguars have a very good defense... there is a very realistic chance at this point that Jonathan Taylor, even if he doesn't get traded this week, that this team's looking to trade him next week... Jonathan Taylor only saw 71% of the snaps this past week... I am very worried about the offense. I'm very worried about the match-up. I'm very worried about them limiting the amount of opportunities that he'll see anyway cuz they want to keep him healthy for a trade.
STACKED’s take
Snap share collapse, trade uncertainty, and poor matchup make Taylor a fade.
Blake Corum ranks Jonathan Taylor very low for multiple compounding reasons: the Jacksonville Jaguars have a very good defense; the Indianapolis Colts face significant off-field turmoil with trade rumors creating a realistic possibility Taylor gets traded this week or next; his snap share dropped to 71% last week (the lowest since an injured 2023 season, down from 89% in 2024 and 80% in 2025), with Zack Moss McGowan taking increased work; and the Colts may intentionally limit his opportunities to keep him healthy for a potential trade. Corum expresses serious concern about the offense, matchup, and opportunity reduction, and is actively hoping for a trade to Minnesota or New York. The Jacksonville matchup is unfavorable—Jacksonville projects as a much better offensive unit coming out of the bye with a 9.5-point spread, creating a scenario where Jacksonville runs the ball repeatedly in the second half, limiting Taylor's volume.
