if we were told today Mike Evans is 100% healthy coming out of the buy and you can rely on him, what I would do in that case is I would probably go ahead and I would move Mike Evans up to the C tier of wide receivers. He'd be right there alongside say the combination of Drake London and Nico Collins, but I just don't know the health.
