Besides Ferguson, who does seem like he has a higher ceiling in terms of his athletic and kind of ability in general... these guys are all just any of these guys can hurt you. So you don't know who to guard.
STACKED’s take
NeutralRole
Ferguson has highest ceiling in crowded Rams TE room; McVay's system unpredictable.
Ferguson has a higher ceiling than other Rams tight ends (Higbee, Colby Parkinson, Davis Allen) in terms of athletic ability and upside, but the Rams' tight end room remains crowded and unpredictable. McVay's system has shown multiple tight ends can produce in any given week, making it difficult to project which option will deliver value. Ferguson's injury status and the uncertainty around Matthew Stafford's future (potential retirement) add additional complexity to his outlook.
