McCarthy leads Giants' first-place squad into Philly with Harbaugh's turnaround in full effect.

J.J. McCarthy is the new Giants quarterback providing momentum to John Harbaugh's turnaround; he takes over a team that has won its first three home games in 18 years and is 4-2-1 fresh off the bye week, heading into Philadelphia as a 1.5-point road favorite despite the Giants' 13-game losing streak at Lincoln Financial Field.
